If you are looking to connect with your spirit guides, or just your inner truth, green (or white) apophyllite is the perfect crystal for you. It opens up the brow and crown chakras and has a natural connection to the angels. Use it during meditation to bring on a stronger feeling of support and guidance.
Peace (the essential oil counterpart) (one of my very favorite oils) is grounding because it has clary sage but is mixed with ylang ylang which both open the upper chakras as well. Put this oil on your brow chakra and on the back of your neck, and meditate with your breath while holding this crystal.
