Have you been feeling like you’re constantly holding your tongue? Or maybe that you dont exactly know how to say what you want to say?
Speaking our truth is one of the most important things for us to do because verbalization propels us down a path of alignment. Verbalization of our hopes, dreams, views, opinions, and wishes helps them to be manifested quicker.
With intentional communication and action we see things we deserve come to us much quicker. So whether it’s simply telling someone how you feel or putting your dreams out there for the world to hear, holding back isn’t doing you any favors.
Blue lace agate is a throat chakra opening crystal that can help you identify and clarify what you want to speak (or put out into the world.)
Peppermint is a protective essential oil that will help give you a sense of safety and security while you learn how to speak up for yourself. It also stimulates the throat chakra.
For a communication booster use peppermint oil in a diffuser or right on your throat chakra (diluted with fractionated coconut oil) and lay with blue lace agate on your throat chakra for at least 7 mins.
Short on time/ can’t sit with a crystal resting on your neck? I got you!
Here is a trick: pop a small piece of tumbled blue lace agate into your essential oil diffuser water and then drop in 3-5 drops of peppermint into your diffusser. Then you can have your balancing as you go about your chores/ household tasks.
