Goal Setting

Let’s talk about something big and important- GOALS. Did you know that the top 1% of people who are achievers, the most successful people in the world, all have something in common? They set goals, but more importantly they write them down and review them regularly. People ask me all the time how do you get so much done? I am not a person who throws stuff to the wind and hope it sticks- much of my life is about scheduling and strategy. I start my day with a check list and prioritize, then I am to check most things off that list by 11am. The long term stuff I revisit daily, weekly, monthly- but I take action steps towards these every single day. What are your goals, and why? What is the feeling behind them that is going to drive you into action? Have you written these goals down? Have you reviewed them, and how regularly?
